About the Recipe
There’s nothing quite like gathering with family and friends on a warm summer day, firing up the grill, and sharing a table full of fresh, colorful dishes. This Broccoli Summer Salad is exactly the kind of side that shines at any backyard barbecue — crisp, refreshing, and bursting with flavor.
Tossed with crunchy veggies, a light, tangy dressing, and a sprinkle of nuts or seeds for extra texture, this salad is the perfect way to balance out heavier grilled favorites. Best of all, it can be made ahead, so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying the fireworks and good company.
